Written Answers. - Recruitment to Prison Service.
Recruitment to the prison service is by way of open competition conducted by the Civil Service Commission. Nine successful candidates are due to commence induction training at the end of this month. Beyond this, I am not in a position, at present, to indicate what further recruitment may take place.
