Ceist:142 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health if he will make a statement on a new study on the clustering of Downes Syndrome in the west of Ireland which shows that there has been an unexplained increase of 50 per cent in the number of babies born with Downes Syndrome in Galway over the last three years of the decade 1981 to 1990.
