Ceist:102 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will give details of the recalculation of super levy liability for 1990-91 for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.
Written Answers. - Super Levy Liability.
The examination of super levy liability in respect of 1990-91 is in progress and it is expected that it will be concluded shortly. In the event that an adjustment to the super levy liability of any individual milk producer is required, this will be notified to the co-operative/dairy involved immediately after the conclusion of that examination.
