Ceist:223 Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for Social Welfare if, in view of his written reply to Question No. 48 of 21st November, 1991 he will outline the progress, if any, which has been made on his Department's study of the Free Legal Advice Centre's Report on the EC social security regulations in Ireland; the conclusions, if any, which have been reached; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
