Ceist:152 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for the Environment the county councils which have submitted waste plans.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 151 and 152 together. All 27 county councils have made general waste plans. All but four county councils, namely Carlow, Kildare, Meath and Wexford, have formulated special waste plans either in draft or final form.
