Ceist:281 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for the Environment if all Ministers of State at his Department have been given clear indications of their areas of responsibility; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 279 and 281 together. In agreement with the Ministers of State in my Department, I have arranged the assignment of specific responsibilities to them. Delegation of Functions Orders may be made at a later stage.
