90 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the demand for a driving test centre in Drogheda, County Louth; if he will have arrangements made for this to be set up; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am not aware of any real demand for a driving test centre in Drogheda. I am satisfied that the test centres in Dundalk, Navan and Finglas provide adequately for the general area.
