Ceist:191 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if he will re-examine the circumstances of persons (details supplied) in County Dublin who were refused disabled person's maintenance allowance.

Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, Eastern Health Board, with a request that he reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
