I would like to thank the Leas-Cheann Comhairle for moving the Fifth Stage of the Altamont (Amendment of Deed of Trust) Bill, 1990 and I want to record my thanks to the former Leas-Cheann Comhairle, former Deputy Jim Tunney, for his consistent efforts over four different Dála to pass this legislation. I am glad it is now on its way.
