Ceist:

224 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when vesting of property (details supplied) will be completed for a person (details supplied) in County Clare in view of the reply to Parliamentary Question No. 58 of 9 July 1991.

As I indicated in my reply to a previous question on 24 March 1992 in this matter these lands were vested and the documents necessary for registration were lodged in the Land Registry in 1991.
