Ceist:197 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he has satisfied himself that the necessary regulations are in place to ensure that Ireland avails fully of the additional suckler cow quota of 63,000 cows for small producers; and if not, the steps, if any, he will take to ensure this.
