Ceist:230 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications to state if he has received any recent communication from Iarnród Éireann requesting funding towards the provision of a commuter rail service from Kilcock, County Kildare; if so, if favourable consideration may be given to such a request in 1993; if his attention has been drawn to the need for such a service in the area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
