Ceist:27 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay in issuing a file plan folio for a person (details supplied) in County Waterford in view of the fact that the Land Commission records branch was closed for three months from 17th August 1992; if he will ensure that this will issue immediately as it was requested in September 1992 and in view of the person's ill health and his wish to sell the property.
