Ceist:81 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance if he will make a tax refund available in one lump sum to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer has been requested to provide certain confirmation to the inspector of taxes. When this has been provided the inspector will review the liability and any refund due will be paid in one lump sum.
