309 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Education the number of people who are members of Fianna Fáil or the Labour Party appointed by her and the Minister(s) of State at her Department since assuming office; and the position held by each of these people in the relevant political party.
The following appointments, which have been made since my appointment and that of the Minister of State, are encompassed by the Deputy's question: Mr. Patrick Keating, Education Adviser, member of the Labour Party; Mr. James Wrynn, Partnership Programme Manager, member of the Labour Party; Ms Sinead Bruton, Press Officer, member of the Labour Party; Ms Cliodhna Ferris, Dáil Secretary, member of the Labour Party.
