Greencore public limited company was incorporated under the Companies Acts 1963 to 1990 on 14 February, 1991. The appointment of directors to the board is entirely a matter for the members of the company at the annual general meeting. Neither the Minister for Finance nor any other member of the Government has the right to appoint directors to the board of the company.
