Vol. 427 No. 6

Written Answers. - Social Welfare Benefit.

Paul McGrath

Ceist:

93 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Social Welfare when an appeal relating to an old age non-contributory pension for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath will be heard.

The appeal by the person concerned against an overpayment of pension assessed against her has been listed for an oral hearing in Mullingar on 26 March 1993. The social welfare appeals office will be in touch shortly with the person concerned to give her precise details of the time and venue of the appeal hearing.

In the meantime, she will continue to receive old age non-contributory pension at the maximum rate of £66.70 per week inclusive of living alone allowance and free fuel allowance.
