Ceist:289 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will be paid his suckler cow grant; and when the file was passed from the Ennis Office of his Department.
The person named will be paid his 1992 suckler cow premium scheme grant shortly. His application was approved for payment by the local livestock office in mid-December 1992 but was rejected at computer validation stage. The error which caused rejection has now been corrected.
