Ceist:116 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Justice if she will increase the remission granted to prisoners who are of good behaviour from 25 per cent of sentence to 33? per cent to bring the Irish remission system into line with the norm in Europe, so as to reduce overcrowding in prisons and to limit the revolving door system of release.
