I move:
That, with effect from 27 April, 1993 until further notice in the 27th Dáil, the following be adopted as an additional Standing Order of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business:
75B. Where on the report of a division in Special or Select Committee it becomes obvious that a quorum was not present for such division, and if after a lapse of not less than eight minutes a quorum is still not present the Chairman shall suspend the meeting to a later hour or a subsequent day to be named by him; and no decision shall be considered to have been arrived at by such division and the hour of such adjournment, and the names of the Members present, shall be recorded in the proceedings of the Committee.
