Ceist:128 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment when finance will be made available for the provision of the Breagagh Valley sewerage scheme, County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

This scheme is being considered in the context of the next round of Structural Funds, which is to commence in 1994. I cannot give a specific undertaking to approve the scheme at this stage.
