Ceist:76 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if he has received the submission prepared by the Trade Union, IMPACT, expressing concern about the decision to fragment the heritage area between his Department and the Office of Public Works; if so, if he will give details of his response to the submission; if he has met, or plans to meet, the union to discuss their concerns; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
