172 Miss Quill asked the Minister for Education if she will give details of her Department's plans to utilise the greatly increased Community Support Framework funds to provide the option of a technological subject to all pupils, boys and girls, in all schools.
The Deputy will be aware that a National Development Plan is currently being prepared for the utilisation of the next round of EC Structural Funds. Proposals for developments in the education sector will form an integral part of the plan. It would be premature of me to discuss specific proposals for interventions in the education sector.
