As we have finished slightly ahead of the sos would it be in order for me to propose to adjourn the Dáil rather than proceeding immediately to the next item which is the suicide Bill? Could I make a further proposal to the Minister of State that if his Whip were to confer with the other parties it may be possible to pass all Stages of the suicide Bill today as I understand no amendments will be forthcoming from the Opposition? Would that have to be discussed with the Whips? I realise this would be against the order made earlier but it may convenience the Minister.
