Ceist:75 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice the current position in regard to a registration of title (details supplied).
Written Answers. - Registration of Title Query.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the applications in question for First Registration and Registration of a Building Society Mortgage were lodged in the Land Registry on 19 June 1985 and 2 March 1987 respectively. The applications are related. I am further informed that it has been necessary for the Land Registry to raise a series of queries in respect of the First Registration application, the most recent queries having being issued on 5 March, 1990 to the applicant's solicitors to which a reply is awaited. These applications cannot be processed further until the queries have been satisfactorily discharged.
