Ceist:63 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a Capuchin monkey is on sale for £900 in Pet World Ireland, Ltd., George's Street Arcade, Dublin 2; that the monkey is being kept in a rather small cage and has displayed symptoms of a cold recently; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
