Ceist:120 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health the up to date position with regard to patients awaiting out-patient consultants at the Cork Regional Hospital; the number of patients awaiting out-patient consultants on 1 May in each of the years from 1990 to 1993; and the average waiting time for an appointment.
