Vol. 431 No. 6
82 Miss Coughlan asked the Minister for the Environment the up-to-date position in relation to the proposed new water scheme for Mountcharles, County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
There are no proposals with my Department for this scheme.
83 Miss Coughlan asked the Minister for the Environment the progress, if any, that has been made to include a water supply to service Dunkineely, County Donegal, as part of the Killybegs water scheme; the cost involved; if it is included in the next programme for Structural Funds; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
This proposal, which is estimated to cost £250,000, is under consideration in my Department. Having regard to the existing level of commitments under the water and sanitary services programme, I am not in a position to indicate when a decision may be made.
