Ceist:

106 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when payment of a beef premium will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick having regard to the fact that a clerical error made in his Department resulted in a delay in payment.

The person named is not the registered owner of the herd number quoted. The registered herdowner was however paid his June 1992 special beef premium scheme grant on 28 May 1993. He did not apply for grants under this scheme in the November/December application period.
