Ceist:171 Mr. E. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment if he has satisfied himself with the level of funding provided towards local authority housing in County Mayo for 1993; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am satisfied that the capital allocations notified to Mayo County Council and to the Ballina, Castlebar and Westport Urban District Councils on 8 April, 1993 are adequate to enable them to undertake their approved housing construction programmes for 1993.
