34 Mr. Hogan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs if there are any measures required to be taken in his remit of responsibility to comply with the terms of the Single Market; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

My Department is not directly responsible for implementation of measures necessary for compliance with the Single Market. Such implementation is the responsibility of the relevant Government Departments within whose remits individual measures lie.
