Ceist:94 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when moneys due to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim, arising out of under-payments for cattle grants in 1989, will be paid.

The person named has been paid her 1989 cattle headage grants in respect of the land which she owns. However, she has been requested to submit documentary evidence in respect of the lands rented by her, and where she does so, her eligibility for additional 1989 cattle and equines scheme grants will be considered further.
