94 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Education when the necessary funding will be provided for a new Veterinary School to be built for University College, Dublin; when this building project will commence; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

The question of the provision of a new Veterinary School at University College Dublin is being considered by the Higher Education Authority. No decision has yet been made in relation to funding or to the commencement date of the building project.
