I move:
That the Order for Committee Stage of the Criminal Procedure Bill, 1993, be discharged and that the Bill be referred to the Select Committee on Legislation and Security pursuant to Standing Order 94 (1) of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business and in accordance with paragraph (1) (iii) of that Committee's Orders of Reference.
