Ceist:51 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Finance the current position regarding an application by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5 for re-instatement to the Civil Service.

The woman in question applied for reinstatement under section 11 of the Civil Service Regulation Act, 1956, as amended by the Civil Service (Employment of Married Women) Act, 1973. Her application is currently under consideration and it is hoped to make a decision on her case in the near future.
