Ceist:65 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for the Environment the proposals, if any, he has for the construction of a public library facility at Mooney's field, Cabra, Dublin 7; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 59 and 65 together.
Approval in principle for a branch library at Navan Road, Cabra, was granted to Dublin Corporation in November 1992. Detailed plans were submitted to my Department in August 1993 and are now being considered in conjunction with An Chomhairle Leabharlanna. The corporation will be notified of a decision as soon as possible.
