Ceist:42 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for the Environment when he will sanction the Virginia water supply sewerage scheme in County Cavan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There are no proposals at present before my Department for a water supply scheme for Virginia. The position regarding the Virginia sewerage scheme was dealt with in the reply to Question No. 138 of 22 June 1993 and is unchanged.
