Seanad Éireann has made the following order: That the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Provision of Services) Bill, 1993, be referred to the Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs pursuant to Standing Order 94 (1) and paragraph 4 of the committee's terms of reference.
