26 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Justice if she will give details of the cost to the Gardaí of the extra work arising from the events and incidents associated with Halloween for each division in the Dublin area and in the rest of the country.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the various Garda duties associated with Halloween in the DMA and country divisions were attended to by members of the force on normal tours of duty and no additional expenditure of public funds was incurred.
