Ceist:45 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for the Environment if approval will be given for the cost of a specific instance house (details supplied) to be constructed by Wexford County Council; and if he will expedite this in view of the fact that the construction has to start shortly and that the applicant's circumstances are very urgent.
