Ceist:101 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health when he will make funds available for the building of a new skills centre at the Cork Spastic Clinic, Lavanagh, Ballintemple, Cork.

Primary responsibility for the funding of the Cork Spastic Clinic rests with the Southern Health Board. Unfortunately, capital resources available to the board this year did not enable it to assist with the new skills centre. I will, however, examine the possibility of providing some funds in 1994 to the Southern Health Board towards this development.
