Ceist:182 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Marine if he will publish the report on the investigation into the collision in Dublin Bay involving the mv Kilkenny.

The collision, in November 1991, between the container ships mv Hasselwerder and the mv Kilkenny in Dublin Bay is currently the subject of court proceedings.
When this process has been completed, subject to legal considerations, I hope to be in a position to publish a report of the Department's own investigation into this tragic incident.
