148 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason approval for a development plan for the farm of persons (details supplied) in County Cork has not been issued and a decision made in respect of an application lodged in May 1993.

An application for a modified farm plan cannot be further considered until details of land sold by the applicant in this case are furnished to Teagasc.
