I move:
That the following arrangements shall apply in relation to the debate on the motion for the Adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 30 this evening: the speakers shall be called upon in the following order — Fine Gael, Government, Progressive Democrats, Technical Group, Government, Fine Gael, Government, Fine Gael. Speeches from the main spokespersons for the Fine Gael Party and for the Government shall not exceed 15 minutes in each case and the speech of each other Member called on to contribute to the debate shall not exceed ten minutes. The main spokespersons for the Fine Gael Party and the Government may be called upon to speak a second time and Members may share time.
