78 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Finance the amount the acquisition of land belonging to a person (details supplied) at the Luggala site for the new proposed entrance to the interpretative centre is costing the Office of Public Works and the State.
In the case of contracts with second parties involving consideration it is not the policy of the State, in order to safeguard the right to confidentiality of the second party to divulge details to third parties. I regret, therefore, that I cannot supply the information requested by the Deputy.
