163 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if his attention has been drawn to the potential problems concerning the non-availability of suitable outlets for offal and effluent discharges by the meat processing industry with a resultant threat to jobs.

I do not anticipate that problems will arise in relation to the availability of suitable outlets for offal and effluent discharges by the meat processing industry.
