I move:
That leave be given by the Dáil to introduce the following Supplementary Estimates for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of December, 1993:—

Vote 30 — Marine
Vote 31 — Agriculture and Food.
Vote 32 — Forestry.
Vote 39 — International Co-operation.
Vote 41 — Health.
May I ask the Taoiseach, before he leaves the House, if he could elaborate on his powers of clairvoyance in regard to page 562 of today's Order Paper where it is indicated he has already signed a document dated 16 December 1993.
We have long since passed the Order of Business.
