Ceist:65 Mrs. Doyle asked the Minister for the Environment the measures he will introduce in the Waste Bill to encourage returnable systems of packaging; and if he is considering fiscal measures.
Written Answers. - Returnable System of Packaging.
I intend that the Waste Bill, which is now being drafted, will provide support, including legislative authority for possible economic instruments, in relation to waste prevention, reduction and recycling policies.
