177 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education if, arising from her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 37 on 6 October 1993, she is concerned that the second level school referred to has again refused to consider accepting even one pupil from the national school in Cabra for the school year commencing September 1994.

I am arranging for my Department to have this particular case examined in the context of the Circular Letter and Memorandum of Understanding on selection procedures for the enrolment of pupils in second level schools which was issued to the school authorities on 2 December 1993.
