Ceist:107 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment when his Department's report on a company (details supplied) will be ready for presentation to Dáil Éireann; and the terms of reference of the report.
Written Answers. - Presentation of Report.
On 4 December 1993, in the due exercise of powers vested in me by section 19 of the Companies Act, 1990, I authorised an officer of my Department to examine such books and documents of the company concerned as he might specify. The authorised officer is pursuing his task vigorously and will report as soon as possible. At that time, I will consider the views put to me as regards presentation of the report to this House.
